620007A - Topics in Corporate Finance
This course analyzes the fundamental theories of corporate finance with the goal of understanding the motivations behind financing and investment decisions. We look at evidence on how the characteristics of an enterprise can influence, for example, its choice of optimal capital structure, ownership structure, and risk management policy. Since the course is structured in a seminar format, the active participation of students is required.
